Chicken Kabab

Ingredients
  

  • 1 kg Chicken
  • 2 tsp Kabab masala powder
  • 3/4 tsp Chilly powder
  • 1/2 tsp Turmeric powder
  • 1/2 tsp Pepper powder
  • 1 no Egg
  • Salt approx 1 tsp
  • 3 tsp Vinegar

Instructions
 

  • Clean the chicken (cut into small pieces) and drain the water in it.
  • Mix together the rest of the ingredients and add the chicken pieces to it and mix well.
  • Marinate this at least for 2 - 3 hours.
  • Heat oil in a pan and fry the pieces.
