Chicken Chellu

Ingredients
  

  • 1/2 kg Chicken small pieces
  • 3 tsp Oil

For garnishing:-

  • 2 nos Red onions medium
  • 1 no Tomato
  • Spinach/Palak A handful, 6 stems

Instructions
 

  • Grind together the ingredients for grinding to a thick paste.
  • Clean chicken with fresh water and drain water.
  • Mix it with chicken and refrigrate for 10 - 20 mins to marinate.
  • Heat oil in a pan.
  • Fry onion till medium golden brown.
  • Add tomato and chilli powder and fry for 5 mins.
  • Add spinach to it and keep stirring. Keep on low flame.
  • Heat 1 tbsp of oil in another pan.
  • Add chicken and cook it well till the water dries off.
  • Finally mix the above mix with the chicken after it is well cooked.
