Instructions
- Grind together the ingredients for grinding to a thick paste.
- Mix it with chicken and refrigrate for 10 - 20 mins to marinate.
- Heat oil in a pan.
- Fry onion till medium golden brown.
- Add tomato and chilli powder and fry for 5 mins.
- Add spinach to it and keep stirring. Keep on low flame.
- Heat 1 tbsp of oil in another pan.
- Add chicken and cook it well till the water dries off.
- Finally mix the above mix with the chicken after it is well cooked.
