Delicious curry for Idiyappam, Palappam

- 1 no Coconut
- 1 no Onion chopped
- Ginger chopped
- 2 nos Green chillies
- 1 tsp Turmeric powder
- Salt As reqd
- 2 tbsp Oil
Grind the grated coconut to a fine fine paste and extract milk and keep aside.
:- Can also use the canned coconut milk.
Heat oil in a pan or a kadai.
Saute onions, ginger and green chilly in it till they turn golden brown.
Add the turmeric powder and mix well.
Turn off the stove and add the entire coconut milk and allow to cool.
Once cool, add salt according to taste.
:- Serve with idiappam or palappams.
