Delicious curry for Idiyappam, Palappam

  • Grind the grated coconut to a fine fine paste and extract milk and keep aside.
  • :- Can also use the canned coconut milk.
  • Heat oil in a pan or a kadai.
  • Saute onions, ginger and green chilly in it till they turn golden brown.
  • Add the turmeric powder and mix well.
  • Turn off the stove and add the entire coconut milk and allow to cool.
  • Once cool, add salt according to taste.
  • :- Serve with idiappam or palappams.
