In milk, add yeast, sugar and stir it well & keep it aside for half an hour.
In flour, add butter and mix it well with hand.
To the same flour, add yogurt, sugar, sodium bi carbonate, egg & salt.
Mix all together well with hand.
To it, add the milk-yeast-sugar mixture & mix it well and knead it to a dough.
Keep it aside for atleast 4 hours.
Make battoras like the way you make pooris.
