  • 1 no Egg
  • 1/2 kg Flour
  • 2 tbsp Butter
  • 1/2 cup Yoghurt
  • 2 tbsp Sugar
  • 1 pinch Salt
  • 1/4 cup Boiled milk
  • 1/2 tsp Yeast
  • 1/2 tsp Sugar


  • In milk, add yeast, sugar and stir it well & keep it aside for half an hour.
  • In flour, add butter and mix it well with hand.
  • To the same flour, add yogurt, sugar, sodium bi carbonate, egg & salt.
  • Mix all together well with hand.
  • To it, add the milk-yeast-sugar mixture & mix it well and knead it to a dough.
  • Keep it aside for atleast 4 hours.
  • Make battoras like the way you make pooris.
  • :- It is a very delicious and you serve it with Egg roast/Chicken curry.....
