Yoghurt

Sugar

Boiled
milk
1/2
tsp
Yeast
1/2
tsp
Sugar
Instructions
In
milk
, add yeast,
sugar
and stir it well & keep it aside for half an hour.
In flour, add butter and mix it well with hand.
To the same flour, add yogurt,
sugar
, sodium bi carbonate,
egg
& salt.
Mix all together well with hand.
To it, add the
milk
-yeast-
sugar
mixture & mix it well and knead it to a dough.
Keep it aside for atleast 4 hours.
Make battoras like the way you make pooris.
:- It is a very delicious and you serve it with
Egg
roast/Chicken curry.....
