Marinate chicken pieces with enough salt and turmeric powder for 1/2 hr.
Cook gongura leaves and green chillies in the water till the leaves turn into pale colour.
Grind this into a paste.
Saute the onions in the oil.
Add garlic - ginger paste and curry leaves to it.
Add red chilli powder, coriander powder, cumin powder, garam masala powder to it and saute it for a while.
Add chicken pieces and coriander leaves and cook till chicken is done.
Add gongura paste to it and cook for another few minutes.
Add coriander leaves for garnishing.
:- Can have this with rice or chappathi.
