250 gm Chicken1 big Gongura leaves1 no Onion (big)2 - Green chilliesGinger (garlic paste - 1 tsp)1/2 tsp Coriander powder1 tsp Red chilli powder1/4 tsp Turmeric powder1/2 tsp Garam masala powder1/2 tsp Cumin powderCoriander leavesCurry leavesOil (As reqd)Salt (As reqd) Marinate chicken pieces with enough salt and turmeric powder for 1/2 hr.Cook gongura leaves and green chillies in the water till the leaves turn into pale colour.Grind this into a paste.Saute the onions in the oil.Add garlic - ginger paste and curry leaves to it.Add red chilli powder, coriander powder, cumin powder, garam masala powder to it and saute it for a while.Add chicken pieces and coriander leaves and cook till chicken is done.Add gongura paste to it and cook for another few minutes.Add coriander leaves for garnishing.:- Can have this with rice or chappathi.
