In a microproof deep bowl, put oil, cumin seeds, ginger, garlic, green chillies, onion, 2 tsp coriander powder and garam masala powder and mix well.
Microwave for 5 mins.
Remove and to the same bowl add tomatoes, cleaned palak and kasoori methi. Mix well & microwave for 8 mins.
Cool the palak & blend it with 1/2 cup water.
Put this palak puree into the same microproof dish & add red chilli powder, paneer, salt, 1/4 cup milk and 1/4 cup water. Mix well & microwave for 5 mins.
