Cauliflower Paratha

Ingredients
  

  • 1 cup Cauliflower chopped
  • 1/2 cup Onion chopped
  • 1 - Green chillies chopped
  • 1/4 tsp Turmeric powder
  • Salt As reqd
  • 1/4 tsp Mustard seeds
  • 1 tbsp Oil
  • Coriander leaves A few, chopped
  • 3 cups Wheat flour
  • 1/2 tsp Salt
  • 1 tbsp Oil
  • Warm water As reqd

Instructions
 

  • Heat oil and splutter musturd seeds.
  • Add onion and saute for a few mins.
  • Add cauliflower and saute for few minutes more.
  • Add turmeric powder, green chillies and salt.
  • Cover and cook for few mins.
  • Add coriander leaves.
  • Remove from fire and allow to cool.
  • Knead the dough well with salt,oil and warm water. Keep it aside for 1/2 an hr.
  • Mix the dough with the cauliflower mix.
  • Knead till cauliflower mix fully blends well.
  • Make balls from dough, roll out the parathas.
  • Heat tava and put the paratha.
  • When bubbles starts appearing, turn, brush some ghee and cook till its done.
  • :- Serve hot.
