Ingredients
- Cauliflower(chopped) - 1 cup
- Onion(chopped) - 1/2 cup
- Green chillies(chopped) - 1 -
- Turmeric powder - 1/4 tsp
- Salt(As reqd) -
- Mustard seeds - 1/4 tsp
- Oil - 1 tbsp
- Coriander leaves(A few, chopped) -
- Wheat flour - 3 cups
- Salt - 1/2 tsp
- Oil - 1 tbsp
- Warm water(As reqd) -

Instructions
- Heat oil and splutter musturd seeds.
- Add onion and saute for a few mins.
- Add cauliflower and saute for few minutes more.
- Add turmeric powder, green chillies and salt.
- Cover and cook for few mins.
- Add coriander leaves.
- Remove from fire and allow to cool.
- Mix the dough with the cauliflower mix.
- Knead till cauliflower mix fully blends well.
- Make balls from dough, roll out the parathas.
- Heat tava and put the paratha.
- When bubbles starts appearing, turn, brush some ghee and cook till its done.
