Ingredients

Cauliflower
chopped
1/2
cup
Onion
chopped
1
-
Green chillies
chopped
1/4
tsp
Turmeric powder
Salt
As reqd
1/4
tsp
Mustard seeds
1
tbsp
Oil
Coriander leaves
A few, chopped
3
cups
Wheat flour
1/2
tsp
Salt
1
tbsp
Oil
Warm
water
As reqd
Instructions
Heat
oil
and splutter musturd seeds.
Add
onion
and saute for a few mins.
Add cauliflower and saute for few minutes more.
Add
turmeric powder
,
green chillies
and
salt
.
Cover and cook for few mins.
Add coriander leaves.
Remove from fire and allow to cool.
Knead the dough well with
salt
,
oil
and warm
water
. Keep it aside for 1/2 an hr.
Mix the dough with the cauliflower mix.
Knead till cauliflower mix fully blends well.
Make balls from dough, roll out the parathas.
Heat tava and put the paratha.
When bubbles starts appearing, turn, brush some
ghee
and cook till its done.
