Fry onions in hot oil in a frying pan for about 5 mins.
Add curry leaves and fry for 3 mins.
Add ginger and garlic Paste to it and keep frying until the raw smell goes.
Add saffron, chilly and coriander powder and fry for about 2 mins.
Add tomatoes and a little water and fry well till tomatoes are soft and a gravy is formed.
Add chopped capsicum to the gravy and fry for about 5 mins.
Add the clean prawns and mix it well with the gravy.
Close the pan and let the prawns cook for about 10 - 15 mins.
:- Do mix it now and then as its cooking.
After its cooked, garnish with coriander leaves.
