Ingredients
  

  • 1 no Potato
  • 2 nos Carrot
  • 10 - Beans
  • 1/2 cup Cabbage chopped
  • 1/4 cup Green peas
  • 1 no Onion big
  • 5 nos Garlic pods
  • 1 1/2 inch Ginger
  • 2 nos Green chillies
  • 3/4 cup Grated coconut
  • 2 big Curd
  • 3 - Cashewnuts
  • Oil As reqd
  • Salt As reqd

Spices:-

  • 1/4 tsp Cumin powder
  • 1 tsp Coriander powder
  • 1 tsp Pepper powder
  • 1 tsp Turmeric powder
  • 1/2 inch Cinnamon Karugapatta
  • 2 nos Cardamoms Elakka
  • 2 nos Cloves Grambu

Instructions
 

  • Cut the vegetables and steam it with little salt for 5 mins. Keep aside.
  • Ground the spices to a fine powder and grind it with garlic, ginger and green chillies.
  • Make a fine paste of grated coconut, cashew and curd.
  • Saute sliced onion in little oil till golden brown and then add the masala and saute.
  • Add the steamed veg and mix well.
  • Add a cup of boiled water or veg stock to this mixture.
  • Add the coconut and curd mixture and bring to a boil.
  • Remove from flame.
  • :- Serve hot.
