Instructions
Cut the vegetables and steam it with little salt for 5 mins. Keep aside.
Ground the spices to a fine powder and grind it with garlic, ginger and green chillies.
Make a fine paste of grated coconut, cashew and curd.
Saute sliced onion in little oil till golden brown and then add the masala and saute.
Add the steamed veg and mix well.
Add a cup of boiled water or veg stock to this mixture.
Add the coconut and curd mixture and bring to a boil.
Remove from flame.
:- Serve hot.
