Mutton Kunji

Mutton dry fry

Ingredients
  

  • 1 kg Mutton
  • 1 no Garlic pod
  • 10 nos Green chillies
  • 1 no Onion big
  • 1 tbsp Pepper powder
  • 3 tbsp Soya sauce
  • 1 tsp Turmeric powder
  • Curry leaves A few
  • Salt As reqd
  • Oil As reqd

Instructions
 

  • Cook mutton with salt and turmeric in a pressure cooker till mutton is tender.
  • Drain and smash the mutton into small pieces and keep aside.
  • Cut the onion, garlic and green chillies into fine slices.
  • Heat oil in a pan.
  • Saute garlic.
  • Add the mutton pieces, onion, green chillies and pepper powder and mix well till the mixture is dry.
  • Add soya sauce and curry leaves and mix well.
  • Cook till crispy.
