Instructions
Cook mutton with salt and turmeric in a pressure cooker till mutton is tender.
Drain and smash the mutton into small pieces and keep aside.
Cut the onion, garlic and green chillies into fine slices.
Heat oil in a pan.
Saute garlic.
Add the mutton pieces, onion, green chillies and pepper powder and mix well till the mixture is dry.
Add soya sauce and curry leaves and mix well.
Cook till crispy.
