Mutton Kunji
Mutton dry fry
Ingredients
- 1 kg Mutton
- 1 no Garlic pod
- 10 nos Green chillies
- 1 no Onion big
- 1 tbsp Pepper powder
- 3 tbsp Soya sauce
- 1 tsp Turmeric powder
- Curry leaves A few
- Salt As reqd
- Oil As reqd
Instructions
- Drain and smash the mutton into small pieces and keep aside.
- Heat oil in a pan.
- Saute garlic.
- Add the mutton pieces, onion, green chillies and pepper powder and mix well till the mixture is dry.
- Add soya sauce and curry leaves and mix well.
- Cook till crispy.
