Instructions
Chop the onions thinly.
Wash and cut the spinach.
Take a bowl and mix well gram flour, rice flour, corn flour, salt and asafoetida.
Add little water and make it into a thick batter.
Add chopped onions and spinach to the batter. Mix thoroughly.
Heat oil in a frypan.
Put small amount of batter mix and deep fry.
Repeat the same for the remaining batter.
:- Any type of spinach can be used.
