100 gm Spinach3 nos Onion1 tsp Chilly powder1/4 cup OilAsafoetida (A pinch, Kaayam)1 cup Gram flour (Kadalapodi)1/2 cup Rice flour3 tbsp Corn flour (optional)1 tsp Salt Chop the onions thinly.Wash and cut the spinach.Take a bowl and mix well gram flour, rice flour, corn flour, salt and asafoetida.Add little water and make it into a thick batter.Add chopped onions and spinach to the batter. Mix thoroughly.Heat oil in a frypan.Put small amount of batter mix and deep fry.Repeat the same for the remaining batter.:- Any type of spinach can be used. Kerala
