Instructions
Heat the oil in a pan.
Splutter mustard seeds and saute dried red chillies.
Throw in the garlic and green chillies.
Once they are lightly brown, add the onion.
Add the green peas and stir for 2 mins.
Add the shredded coconut and salt to taste.
After 3 - 4 mins, add the chicken pieces and stir for about 10 mins until the chicken is 3/4th cooked.
Throw in the curry leaves and stir for 2 mins.
Add the eggs.
Add salt if necessary.
Keep stirring until the dish appears dry.
Note : Use all fresh Ingredients if possible
