For the dough:-
1)Sieve the maida with salt and sugar.
Take half cup of warm water & dissolve yeast in it.
Once the yeast is fully dissolved, make a well in the centre of the maida and pour it into the maida.
Add 4 tsp oil & knead the dough with warm water. Cover it with a wet cloth.
Keep it aside for 2-3 hrs till it becomes double the size.
Divide the dough into 3 parts & roll it out.
Grease pizza trays with plenty of oil.
Place the rolled out dough in a tray and leave for 15 minutes.
For the sauce:-
1)Chop the onions.
Chop the tomatoes. Squeeze out excess water from the tomatoes.
Heat oil in a pan.
Add onions & crushed garlic & fry for 3 mins.
Add tomatoes, sugar, chilli powder & salt & boil till the mixture bacomes dry.
Blend the mixture in a liquidiser.
How to proceed:-
1)Spread the sauce over the rolled out dough.
Arrange capsicum & onion rings.
Grate plenty of cheese over the pizza.
Spread sliced mushroom & olives over the filling.
Bake in a very hot oven at 250ª Celsius for 20 mins.
Cut into pieces and serve hot with coarsely ground red chillies.
