Instructions
- Take half cup of warm water & dissolve yeast in it.
- Once the yeast is fully dissolved, make a well in the centre of the maida and pour it into the maida.
- Keep it aside for 2-3 hrs till it becomes double the size.
- Divide the dough into 3 parts & roll it out.
- Grease pizza trays with plenty of oil.
- Place the rolled out dough in a tray and leave for 15 minutes.
- For the sauce:- 1)Chop the onions.
- Chop the tomatoes. Squeeze out excess water from the tomatoes.
- Heat oil in a pan.
- Add onions & crushed garlic & fry for 3 mins.
- Add tomatoes, sugar, chilli powder & salt & boil till the mixture bacomes dry.
- Blend the mixture in a liquidiser.
- How to proceed:- 1)Spread the sauce over the rolled out dough.
- Arrange capsicum & onion rings.
- Grate plenty of cheese over the pizza.
- Spread sliced mushroom & olives over the filling.
- Bake in a very hot oven at 250ª Celsius for 20 mins.
- Cut into pieces and serve hot with coarsely ground red chillies.
