Onion
chopped, large

Capsicum
chopped

Tomato
chopped

Pav Bhaji Masala

tsp
Red chilly powder
½
tsp
Turmeric powder
Salt
As reqd
Instructions
Make small idlis using any ready-to-cook batter. You can also buy readymade idlis.
To make the masala, heat
oil
in a pan.
Add
cumin seeds
followed by chopped onions, chopped
capsicum
and chopped
tomato
.
Stir and add pav bhaji masala, red chilly powder,
turmeric powder
and
salt
to taste.
Add the idlis into the masala.
Mix well.
:- Serve hot.
