Spicy idlis with Capsicum

Ingredients
- Oil - 1 tbsp
- Cumin seeds(Jeerakam) - ½ tsp
- Onion(chopped, large) - 1 no
- Capsicum(chopped) - ½ no
- Tomato(chopped) - 1 no
- Pav Bhaji Masala - 1 tsp
- Red chilly powder - 1 tsp
- Turmeric powder - ½ tsp
- Salt(As reqd) -

Instructions
- Make small idlis using any ready-to-cook batter. You can also buy readymade idlis.
- To make the masala, heat oil in a pan.
- Add cumin seeds followed by chopped onions, chopped capsicum and chopped tomato.
- Stir and add pav bhaji masala, red chilly powder, turmeric powder and salt to taste.
- Add the idlis into the masala.
- Mix well.
- :- Serve hot.
