Cut the mutton into somewhat small pieces.
Add ginger-garlic paste, turmeric powder, red chilly powder, lemon juice and some salt to the mutton and marinate for an hour.
Mix rice flour and corn flour.
Add water and salt and prepare a dough (like pakoda dough ).
Add the marinated mutton to the dough and allow to settle for 10 mins.
Deep fry the mutton like bajjis.
In the same oil, deep fry the curry leaves and the chillies (marinated in lemon juice and salt for a day ).
:- Serve the mutton fry and the curry leaf-green chilly fry while hot.
