A-1 Mutton Fry - Dry

A kind of mutton Bajji

Ingredients
  

  • 1 kg Lamb meat
  • Ginger garlic paste - 2 tbsp
  • 1 tsp Turmeric powder
  • 3 tbsp Red chilly powder
  • 200 gm Rice flour
  • 100 gm Corn flour
  • 2 tbsp Lemon juice
  • 2 fistful Curry leaves
  • 20 nos Marinated green chillies
  • Salt As reqd
  • 350 ml Oil

Instructions
 

  • Cut the mutton into somewhat small pieces.
  • Add ginger-garlic paste, turmeric powder, red chilly powder, lemon juice and some salt to the mutton and marinate for an hour.
  • Mix rice flour and corn flour.
  • Add water and salt and prepare a dough (like pakoda dough ).
  • Add the marinated mutton to the dough and allow to settle for 10 mins.
  • Deep fry the mutton like bajjis.
  • In the same oil, deep fry the curry leaves and the chillies (marinated in lemon juice and salt for a day ).
  • :- Serve the mutton fry and the curry leaf-green chilly fry while hot.
