Instructions
Cut all the vegetables into medium sized pieces.
Heat oil in a pressure pan.
Add onion pieces, garlic and ginger pieces, mustard seeds and splutter.
Add all the cut vegetables, mix well and add coriander, jeera and red chilly powders.
Mix thoroughly and add split green chillies and curry leaves.
Add salt and enough water and allow to simmer on low flame until it is fully done.
