Red chilly powder
Ginger
garlic paste - 2 tbsp

Instructions
Clean and cut the belt fish, each into 4 - 5 pieces.
In a bowl, take maida, rice powder, red chilly powder, ginger garlic paste and salt.
Add water and prepare a thick batter.
Add dry fish pieces to the paste and marinate for 1/2 hour.
Add oil to frying pan, after heating deep fry the fish pieces until deep brown.
