Green chillies
cut into roundels
Mustard seeds
Oil
Salt
As reqd
Curry leaves
A few
Onion(cut into tiny cubes)
Grated coconut
As reqd
Instructions
Boil water with salt.
Add semiya, and remove immediately, strain water and keep dry.
Heat a pan with oil.
Splutter mustard seeds and curry leaves.
Add oinions and green chillies and fry till the aroma starts spreading.
Add the cooked semiya and some salt and stir gently and then add some grated coconut.
:- Serve hot.
