Easy and healthy semiya uppuma

Ingredients

Semiya

Green chillies
cut into roundels
Mustard seeds
Oil
Salt
As reqd
Curry leaves
A few
Onion
(cut into tiny cubes)
Grated
coconut
As reqd
Instructions
Boil
water
with
salt
.
Add semiya, and remove immediately, strain
water
and keep dry.
Heat a pan with
oil
.
Splutter
mustard seeds
and
curry leaves
.
Add oinions and
green chillies
and fry till the aroma starts spreading.
Add the cooked semiya and some
salt
and stir gently and then add some grated
coconut
.
:- Serve hot.
