Cucumber Pachadi

Ingredients
  

  • 1 no Cucumber/Kumbalanga Grated/chopped into very small pieces, Vellarikka
  • 1/2 of Coconut
  • 1/2 spoon Cumin seeds Jeerakam
  • 3 nos Green chillies
  • 1 cup Curd/Yogurt
  • Salt As reqd
  • 1/2 spoon Mustard seeds
  • Curry leaves As reqd
  • Coconut oil As reqd

Instructions
 

  • Add salt to cucumber and keep aside.
  • Grind together coconut, cumin seeds and green chillies into a paste.
  • Add the above paste and curd to cucumber and mix well.
  • Splutter mustard seeds and saute curry leaves in coconut oil and add it to cucumber.
