Soak the green gram over night.
Make it into a thick, some what hard dough.
Add salt.
Heat oil in a frying bowl.
Make medium sized Vadas with the dough and fry them until brown.
Put them in water for about 5 mins and squeeze each to remove as much water as possible.
:- Do not squeeze too hard to split them waste.
Beat the curd into lussy and add the vadas to it. Keep aside.
Take a frying pan, put ghee in it and add mustard seeds, jeera, green chillies, curry leaves, ginger and splutter well.
Add the above seasoning to the curd - vada bowl.
Allow to become tender.
Sprinkle chopped coriander leaves.
