Refined oil
Instructions
Mix wheat flour, maida, butter milk in a bowl and prepare smooth dough. Knead well.
Applying ghee to the puri roller and the plank, prepare pooris.
Using refined oil as medium, deep fry the pooris until brown.
:- Serve hot with any spicy sauce or dish.
