Ingredients
  

  • 500 gm Wheat flour
  • 150 gm Maida
  • 1 cup Butter
  • 50 ml Milk
  • 1/2 cup Ghee
  • 500 ml Refined oil

Instructions
 

  • Mix wheat flour, maida, butter milk in a bowl and prepare smooth dough. Knead well.
  • Applying ghee to the puri roller and the plank, prepare pooris.
  • Using refined oil as medium, deep fry the pooris until brown.
  • :- Serve hot with any spicy sauce or dish.
