Milk
Instructions
Wash rice and green gram.
By spreading them over a neat surface, allow to dry.
Cut the coconut into small pieces.
Fry both coconut and cashew in 1 tbsp of ghee.
Mix 1 ltr of milk and 2 glasses of water and boil.
Add rice and green gram.
Cook until done.
Add cashew & coconut pieces followed by sugar/jaggary powder. Mix well.
Add cardamom powder.
Add the ghee.
Mix thoroughly and allow to simmer gently on low flame until fully done.
