Ginger
garlic paste - 2 tbsp
Red chilli powder 2 tbsp

Tomato

Salt
Very little as the fish is already salted

Instructions
Clean the fish pieces and soak them for about 15 mins in water.
Remove and allow to dry.
Heat oil in a pan.
Splutter mustard seeds.
Add fish pieces and fry until brown.
Add ginger-garlic paste, red chilli powder, turmeric powder, chopped onions, green chillies, salt and finally the tomato pieces.
Mix well and fry until oil separates.
Add little water and cook until it is done.
