Ingredients
  

  • 150 gm Prawns
  • 3 nos Eggs
  • 2 nos Onion medium
  • 1/2 tsp Ginger grated
  • 3 nos Garlic pods
  • 1 piece Cinnamon Karugapatta
  • 3 nos Cloves Grambu
  • 2 nos Cardamoms Elakka
  • 1/4 tsp Cumin Jeerakam
  • 1/4 tsp Mustard seeds
  • 1/2 tsp Turmeric powder
  • 1/2 tsp Red chilly powder
  • 1/2 tsp Pepper powder
  • Salt As reqd
  • Oil to fry

Instructions
 

  • Clean the prawn and cut into pieces.
  • Heat oil in a pan.
  • Add prawn, turmeric powder and salt and fry till it get cooked and keep aside.
  • Heat oil and add eggs and scramble fry till done and keep aside.
  • Heat a little oil in another pan.
  • Add cinnamon, cardamoms, cumin and crackle mustard seeds.
  • Add finely chopped ginger and garlic.
  • Add onion to it and fry till golden brown.
  • Add red chilly powder, pepper powder and salt (on low flame).
  • Add cooked prawns and egg to it and cook for 2 mins.
  • :- Serve hot with rotis, naan or rice.
