Clean the prawn and cut into pieces.
Heat oil in a pan.
Add prawn, turmeric powder and salt and fry till it get cooked and keep aside.
Heat oil and add eggs and scramble fry till done and keep aside.
Heat a little oil in another pan.
Add cinnamon, cardamoms, cumin and crackle mustard seeds.
Add finely chopped ginger and garlic.
Add onion to it and fry till golden brown.
Add red chilly powder, pepper powder and salt (on low flame).
Add cooked prawns and egg to it and cook for 2 mins.
:- Serve hot with rotis, naan or rice.
