Kerala Chicken

A healty & tasty chicken dish you can easily make

Ingredients
  

  • 1/2 kg Chicken
  • 4 tbsp Curd
  • 2 tsp Pepper
  • 4 tsp Lemon juice
  • Ginger garlic paste - 2 tsp
  • 2 sticks Cinnamon Karugapatta
  • 1 no Tomato large
  • 1 no Capsicum optional, medium
  • 2 nos Onion
  • 3 tsp Oil
  • Salt As reqd
  • Coriander leaves As reqd

Instructions
 

  • Marinate chicken with curd, pepper, lemon juice and 1 tsp ginger/garlic paste for 1 hour.
  • Heat oil in a pan.
  • Fry sliced onions till brown.
  • Add 1 tsp of ginger/garlic paste and fry for 1 minute.
  • Add cinnamon and tomato and fry till the oil separates.
  • Add marinated chicken and capsicum and cook.
  • Add salt to your taste.
  • Garnish with coriander leaves.
