Heat oil in a pan or a kadai.
Add the masala items (Clove, Cinnamon, Ani seeds).
Add coarsly ground ginger and garlic.
Add onion and fry till it becomes golden brown.
Add chopped tomatoes.
Add chilli powder and slit green chillies.
Fry the contents for 10 mins on low flame, till the ingredients become thick.
Add salt.
Add the shredded tofu and coconut. Mix it well and keep for 5 mins on low flame.
Garnish well with coriander leaves.
