Instructions
Heat oil in a pan.
Fry the sliced onions until it turns light brownish.
Add salt, red chilly powder and curry leaves and fry.
Add cut cheera and cook by putting the lid over the pan.
When done, add the grated cocunut. Mix well.
Add boiled rice and mix well. Keep it aside.
Mix the grated carrot, salt, green chilly and coriander leaves well and sprinkle on the cheera rice.
