Ingredients
- Spinach(Cheera) - 3 bundles
- Grated Coconut - 1 cup
- Red chilly powder - 2 spoon
- Turmeric powder - 2 pinches
- Oil(As reqd) -
- Onion(sliced) - 2 nos
- Boiled rice - 2 cups
- Curry leaves - 3 sprigs
- Salt(As reqd) -
- Lemon - 1 no
- Carrot(grated) - 1 no
- Green chillies - 2 nos
- Coriander leaves(cut into pieces) -

Instructions
- Heat oil in a pan.
- Fry the sliced onions until it turns light brownish.
- Add salt, red chilly powder and curry leaves and fry.
- Add cut cheera and cook by putting the lid over the pan.
- When done, add the grated cocunut. Mix well.
- Add boiled rice and mix well. Keep it aside.
- :- Serve hot.
