Vanilla essence

Milk

Water
Instructions
Soak agar in water for 10 mins.
Drain the water.
Boil it in 1/2 cup of milk until dissolved completely.
In another bowl, take milk and bread together.
Allow the bread to absorb the milk.
Add sugar and vanilla essence to it.
In a bowl, mix the agar mixture with bread.
Steam it for 10 - 15 mins.
Refrigerate it.
Garnish with caramilised cashew nut.
