  • 3 nos Bread slices sides removed
  • 6 tsp Sugar
  • Agar agar - 10 gm
  • 1/2 tsp Vanilla essence
  • 1 cup Milk
  • 1/2 cup Water


  • Soak agar in water for 10 mins.
  • Drain the water.
  • Boil it in 1/2 cup of milk until dissolved completely.
  • In another bowl, take milk and bread together.
  • Allow the bread to absorb the milk.
  • Add sugar and vanilla essence to it.
  • In a bowl, mix the agar mixture with bread.
  • Steam it for 10 - 15 mins.
  • Refrigerate it.
  • Garnish with caramilised cashew nut.
