Ingredients
  

  • 1 cup Curd
  • 1 no Onion
  • 2 nos Garlic cloves
  • Salt As reqd
  • 3 pinches Turmeric powder
  • 3/4 spoon Red chilly powder
  • Mustard seeds
  • Curry leaves Few
  • Coconut oil

Instructions
 

  • For preparing Easy Curd Curry, first heat oil in a pan.
  • Splutter mustard seeds.
  • Add onions and fry till it becomes light brown in colour. Once onion is fried, add the garlic and saute for few minutes until the raw smell is gone.
  • Add curry leaves and fry.
  • Add salt, turmeric powder and chilly powder.
  • Keep the flame low and fry for a while and add curd. Mix well.
  • Cook on low flame for 1 1/2 mins.
  • :- Easy curd curry is ready.
