Spring Lamb Curry with Mushrooms

Ingredients
  

  • 1 pound Spring lamb
  • 2 nos Onion chopped
  • Ginger garlic paste - 1 tsp
  • 100 gm Button mushrooms
  • Turmeric powder A pinch
  • 1 tsp Chilly powder
  • Oil
  • Salt As reqd
  • 2 tsp Masala powder

Instructions
 

  • Wash the meat well. Cut into bite size pieces.
  • Heat oil in a pan.
  • Add the chopped onions and stir until it becomes soft.
  • Add the mushrooms and stir.
  • Add the meat with pinch of turmeric and chilly powder and stir.
  • Add the garlic-ginger paste and stir until the raw smell goes.
  • Add salt and 2 glass of water.
  • Cover with a lid.
  • After 5 mins, add the masala powder.
  • Cook until the meat is tender.
