Masala powder
Instructions
Wash the meat well. Cut into bite size pieces.
Heat oil in a pan.
Add the chopped onions and stir until it becomes soft.
Add the mushrooms and stir.
Add the meat with pinch of turmeric and chilly powder and stir.
Add the garlic-ginger paste and stir until the raw smell goes.
Add salt and 2 glass of water.
Cover with a lid.
After 5 mins, add the masala powder.
Cook until the meat is tender.
