Marinate the chicken pieces with the ingredients for marination.
:- Small pieces of chicken tastes good.
Refrigerate it for an hour.
Shallow fry the chicken pieces.
:- Gets fully cooked in the gravy.
Saute the onion in the same oil.
:- Do not let it turn brown.
Add ginger and garlic.
When it gets sauteed, add all the powders one by one.
Saute it for 2 mins.
Add tomato slices into it and stir occasionally.
Add spring onion and capsicum one by one. Saute well.
Pour 1/2 cup boiled water.
When it simmers, add the fried chicken pieces.
When it simmers, keep the flame low.
Let the chicken get fully cooked.
