Chicken With Spring Onion Taste the difference of chicken in spring onion & capsicum gravy 1/2 kg Chicken2 cups Onion (medium squarely diced)3/4 cup Capsicum (squarely sliced)1/4 cup Ginger (finely chopped)1/4 cup Garlic (finely chopped)3/4 cup Spring onion (finely chopped)3 tsp Chilly powder1 tsp Turmeric powder2 tsp Pepper powder3/4 cup Tomato (chopped)Vegetable oil For marination:-1 tsp Chilly powder1/2 tsp Turmeric powder2 tsp Pepper powderSalt (As reqd) Marinate the chicken pieces with the ingredients for marination.:- Small pieces of chicken tastes good.Refrigerate it for an hour.Shallow fry the chicken pieces.:- Gets fully cooked in the gravy.Saute the onion in the same oil.:- Do not let it turn brown.Add ginger and garlic.When it gets sauteed, add all the powders one by one.Saute it for 2 mins.Add tomato slices into it and stir occasionally.Add spring onion and capsicum one by one.
