Muttai Parotta

Easy to make with frozen layered parotta

Ingredients
  

  • 5 nos Layered parotta
  • 3 nos Eggs
  • 1 no Onion medium
  • 2 nos Tomato small
  • 2 nos Green chillies
  • Ginger garlic paste - 1 tsp
  • 1/4 tsp Turmeric powder
  • 1/2 tsp Chilly powder
  • 1 tsp Garam masala powder
  • 1 tsp Coriander powder
  • Coriander leaves A few
  • Curry leaves As reqd
  • Salt As reqd
  • Pepper As reqd

Instructions
 

  • Heat 3 tbsp oil in wide pan.
  • Cut onion length wise and chop green chillies and tomatoes.
  • Fry onion well until become light brown.
  • Add green chillies, ginger-garlic paste, chopped coriander and curry leaves.
  • Fry it well.
  • Add turmeric, salt, garam masala and chilli powder.
  • Add tomatoes.
  • Fry it with coriander powder.
  • Make layered paotta into small pieces.
  • Mix the parotta with the above masala gravy.
  • Beat the egg with salt and pepper.
  • Pour the egg mixture to parotta mixed masala.
  • Keep frying, until egg cooks well.
  • Garnish with little coriander leaves.
