Heat 3 tbsp oil in wide pan.
Cut onion length wise and chop green chillies and tomatoes.
Fry onion well until become light brown.
Add green chillies, ginger-garlic paste, chopped coriander and curry leaves.
Fry it well.
Add turmeric, salt, garam masala and chilli powder.
Add tomatoes.
Fry it with coriander powder.
Make layered paotta into small pieces.
Mix the parotta with the above masala gravy.
Beat the egg with salt and pepper.
Pour the egg mixture to parotta mixed masala.
Keep frying, until egg cooks well.
Garnish with little coriander leaves.
