Veg Sandwich

A very Healthy,Tasty and Filling Sandwich

Ingredients
  

  • 4 nos Bread slices
  • 8 nos Salad cucumber slices
  • 8 nos Tomato slices Both must be Sliced in round pieces
  • 1/2 cup Coriander leaves or Mint leaves(chopped) Pudhina
  • 1/2 cup Grated coconut
  • 2 nos Green chillies chopped
  • 1 tsp Salt
  • Butter As reqd

Instructions
 

  • Grind together coriander leaves, grated coconut, green chillies and salt well in a mixer grinder to a fine paste.
  • Remove the brown edges of the bread slices.
  • Take two pieces and spread butter onto it.
  • Spread the above coriander-coconut chutney onto both the pieces.
  • Take 4 sliced cucumber pieces and place it evenly on one bread.
  • Similarly take 4 sliced tomato pieces and place it above the cucumber.
  • Place the other bread above all these and press a little with hand.
  • Refrigerate it for half an hour before serving.
