Veg Sandwich
A very Healthy,Tasty and Filling Sandwich

- 4 nos Bread slices
- 8 nos Salad cucumber slices
- 8 nos Tomato slices Both must be Sliced in round pieces
- 1/2 cup Coriander leaves or Mint leaves(chopped) Pudhina
- 1/2 cup Grated coconut
- 2 nos Green chillies chopped
- 1 tsp Salt
- Butter As reqd
Grind together coriander leaves, grated coconut, green chillies and salt well in a mixer grinder to a fine paste.
Remove the brown edges of the bread slices.
Take two pieces and spread butter onto it.
Spread the above coriander-coconut chutney onto both the pieces.
Take 4 sliced cucumber pieces and place it evenly on one bread.
Similarly take 4 sliced tomato pieces and place it above the cucumber.
Place the other bread above all these and press a little with hand.
Refrigerate it for half an hour before serving.
