Veg Sandwich A very Healthy,Tasty and Filling Sandwich 4 nos Bread slices8 nos Salad cucumber slices8 nos Tomato slices (Both must be Sliced in round pieces)1/2 cup Coriander leaves or Mint leaves(chopped) (Pudhina)1/2 cup Grated coconut2 nos Green chillies (chopped)1 tsp SaltButter (As reqd) Grind together coriander leaves, grated coconut, green chillies and salt well in a mixer grinder to a fine paste.Remove the brown edges of the bread slices.Take two pieces and spread butter onto it.Spread the above coriander-coconut chutney onto both the pieces.Take 4 sliced cucumber pieces and place it evenly on one bread.Similarly take 4 sliced tomato pieces and place it above the cucumber.Place the other bread above all these and press a little with hand.Refrigerate it for half an hour before serving.
