Chicken breast
skinless and boneless, thawed
Ginger
garlic paste - 1/2 tsp

Turmeric powder

Hot chilli powder

tsp
Moms masala powder
Cloves, Cardamom, Cinnamom in equal measures of 2 dsp, quarter of a nutmeg, 1 tbsp each aniseed, jeera and whole black pepper

Instructions
Cube the chicken breast and keep aside.
Mix all the ingredients except chicken and make a paste, adding just enough water to it.
Smear it over the chicken and leave it in the refrigerator in a closed container.
Curry it in any indian style u want.
:- It can be baked with vegetables without adding more spices. :- Use in portions or as whole, as per the requirement of the family.
