For marination:-

Instructions
Marinate the chicken cubes with the items mentioned for marination for half an hour.
Deep fry them.
Heat 1 tbsp of oil in a frying pan.
Add chopped garlic, onion cubes and capsicum and fry till golden brown.
Add the fried chicken cubes.
Finally, add tomato sauce, soya sauce and ajinomotto and stir fry for 5 mins.
:- Serve hot with rice.
