Ingredients
  

  • 2 big Chicken boneless breasts cut into small cubes
  • 2 nos Onion cut into big cubes, big
  • 5 nos Capsicum cut into big cubes
  • 1 tbsp Garlic chopped
  • 1 tsp Ginger chopped
  • 1 tbsp Tomato sauce
  • 1 tsp Soya sauce
  • Ajinomoto A pinch
  • 1 tbsp Oil
  • Oil for deep frying

For marination:-

  • 1 tbsp Maida
  • 1 tbsp Corn flour
  • 1 no Egg
  • 2 tbsp Soya sauce
  • Red colour A pinch
  • 1 tsp Garlic paste
  • 1 tsp Ginger paste
  • 1 tsp Chilly sauce
  • 1 tsp Vinegar
  • Salt As reqd

Instructions
 

  • Marinate the chicken cubes with the items mentioned for marination for half an hour.
  • Deep fry them.
  • Heat 1 tbsp of oil in a frying pan.
  • Add chopped garlic, onion cubes and capsicum and fry till golden brown.
  • Add the fried chicken cubes.
  • Finally, add tomato sauce, soya sauce and ajinomotto and stir fry for 5 mins.
  • :- Serve hot with rice.
