Chana Dal Chatambade Dal wada 1/4 kg Bengal gram (Kadalaparippu)2 nos Onion (chopped)6 - Green chillies (chopped)1 finger Ginger (chopped)Coriander leaves (finely chopped)Salt (As reqd)Oil for deep frying Soak the chana dal over night or for 4 - 5 hours.Grind them coarsely with onions. :- Do not add water while grinding.Mix it well with all the other ingredients.Make lemon size balls off it.Flatten them with your palms.
